Volunteer Registration and Information for 2020 Lanier Day Camp - cancelled
Due to the COVID-19
pandemic and resulting
facility closures, our 2020
camp has been cancelled.
Check back in December 2020 for voluunteer info related to our 2021 camp.

Volunteer Meeting/Training Dates

Camp Aides - we are currently accepting only a limited number of paper Camp Aide Registrations for only our Returning Camp Aides (those who volunteered at our camp one or more years 2016 - 2019.) Registration for New Camp Aides has closed. If you are a Returning Camp Aid who did not register when online registration was active, send an email to laniersucamp@gmail.com and we will send you the paper form to complete and bring to the next planning meeting.

New this year - all Camp Aides must pay a $10 Camp Aide Fee* after registering. This fee is necessary to help cover the rising costs of running our camp; in exchange, Camp Aides earn Community Service hours (use for GS awards, school and church required hours), a camp t-shirt, Friday lunch, and treats throughout the week. Should a Camp Aide need to cancel their participation, if we receive and email (laniersucamp@gmail.com) by March 28, 2020, we will refund the $10 Camp Aide Fee, plus $9 Additional T-shirt fee (if applicable.) Once we have sent you the paper form to complete, pay the Camp Aide Fee using the button below.

NOTE - All must complete their payment transaction on PayPal to complete the Camp Aide Registration - their Camp Aide spot is not confirmed until payment is made.
Adult Day Camp Volunteers -
Adult Day Camp Volunteers must register themselves by clicking on the "Adult Volunteer Registration" button.

If in your registration form you selected that you want to order a second camp shirt, click on this yellow shirt picture to pay the $9 Additional Camp T-Shirt fee*.

Please make sure you complete your Adult Volunteer Registration before starting the registration process for your children who will be campers.

Camper(s) of Adult Day Camp Volunteers -
If you are volunteering at our 2020 Day Camp, you can register your campers here. Here are the prices for campers belonging to Full Time (all day, Monday - Friday of camp week) Adult Volunteers:
1st Girl Scout camper - Free
2nd Girl Scout camper - $65*
3rd and subsequent Girl Scout camper(s) - $130 each*
Pixie - female or male toilet trained preschooler (based on September 2020) / toddler - $25*
Boy - Kindergarten through 12 years of age - $50*.
No multi-child discount applies to fee for Pixies or Boys

If you are volunteering part-time, you can complete your camper(s) registration here, but we will send you a PayPal invoice for your Camper Fee(s) due to the variability of discounts for Part-Time Adult Volunteers.

Step 1 - Click "Camper Registration" button to complete and submit the online registrations
for your camper(s). You must complete this step for each and every one of your campers.
Make sure you complete and submit a form for all campers (and add optional Additional T-shirt Fee for all desired family members) prior to proceeding to check-out process via PayPal. But make sure you pay the Camper Fees no later than February 2, 2020, as spots are not secured until this is paid and general Camper Registration will open in February.

Step 2 - If you are a full-time volunteer, click the appropriate picture(s) to start payment process for your camper. You will need to complete payment for all of your campers. Since 1st GS camper is free for full-time volunteers, you don't need to click a payment button for that camper.

Step 3 (optional) - If you selected the option to order a second camp t-shirt for your camper(s), click on the yellow t-shirt picture for to pay the $9 Additional Camp T-Shirt fee*. You will need to do that separately for each camper for whom you are purchasing an additional shirt.

Health at Camp
All camper, Camp Aide, and Adult Day Camp Volunteers need to make sure that their Health Profile is completed as part of the registration process. The Asthma Action Plan and Allergy & Anaphylaxis Action Plan forms are attached. Please complete these form if appropriate. Completed forms should be emailed to LanierSUCamp@gmail.com, or brought to the next Volunteer Planning meeting. These forms and the Health History information will be on secured at our camp First Aid station to ensure we can provide care and inform Emergency Medical staff in case of medical emergency.
